I’m Chef Christopher Seley, and the kitchen has been my compass since I was sixteen. When my sister passed in 2023, she left us the name—Reckless Breakfast. In that grief, Charleston’s chefs and guests became my family. Cooking taught me humility, connection, and how to show up. Our four-to-six-course brunches feature partners like Storey Farms, Marsh Hen Mills, and BevLabs for super delicious juice. We serve family-style at the chef’s table—no walls between us.
